King Tide On The Oregon Coast
It’s late in the afternoon for lunch.. sometime around two thirty, but Lauren and I have been driving all day and we’re hungry. Now perched on the tall bar stools of a pub overlooking Depoe Bay we’re catching up and sharing summer stories. The weather has been phenomenal for December and today the afternoon sun cuts through thin coastal fog casting everything in a warm yellow glow. The pub deals in classic fare and waiters carry plates of fish and chips and chowder past our table.
